    MARYVILLE, MO -- George and Jan Applegate of Harlan announce the engagement of their daughter, Kirsten to Jeffrey Maronde both of Stanberry, MO. Jeffrey is the son of Steve and Gail Maronde, Benedict, NE.    The couple plans to wed on October 20 at Hope Lutheran Church in Maryville.
